Our Story
Heaven’s Ark Ministries International was birthed from a divine mandate to regenerate nations and make lives new. Founded by Apostle Joshua Vessel Achai, the ministry emerged as a response to God’s call to build an ark of salvation, hope, and restoration in these last days — much like Noah’s ark carried life through the flood.
What began as a gathering of faithful believers in Mbale, Uganda, has grown into an international apostolic ministry reaching nations across Africa and beyond. From Mbale, Heaven’s Ark has become a sanctuary where the broken find healing, the lost find direction, and nations find regeneration through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Today, HAMI stands as a beacon of apostolic authority, kingdom excellence, and Spirit-filled ministry — revealing Christ, the Hope of Glory, to a world in desperate need of transformation.

The Prophetic Context
The world is currently in a Spirit of the Wilderness. We see a global landscape defined by stagnation, dilemma, and spiritual confusion. Thousands are wandering in different directions, seeking a source but finding only dry sand. In this desert, many leaders have become distracted—content with the sugar cane of temporary comfort while the multitudes remain stuck.
The Three Pillars of Significance
The vision reveals a divine shifting. The Man (Jesus) did not ask for the mantle; He grabbed it. This signifies that in this season, Heaven is reclaiming authority from the distracted and the idle and placing it upon a consecrated vessel. Heaven’s Ark is a mandate of active rescue, not religious entertainment.
The Horn with the Oil is the ultimate symbol of Apostolic Authority.
- The Horn: Represents Strength and Direction.
- The Oil: Represents the Fresh Presence that makes movement possible.
Lifting the Horn signals the End of Stagnation. We are telling the world: “If you have lost your way, look up. The direction back to the Father has been restored.”
The vision promises that when the Horn is lifted, those who were misled and took different routes will return. This is the international mandate. Heaven’s Ark is a magnet for the lost, the backslidden, and the confused. Our significance to the world is to provide the Sound that causes a scattered people to become a unified movement.
